First Winter in Chicago

**Blogging while laying on the couch and re-watching Weeds. It's that "weird" time between Christmas and New Years  where I don't know what day of the week it is and I love it**

This might sound weird but the thing I was most excited about moving to Chicago was enduring the winter months. (Crazy, I know!) Christmas time just isn't the same when it's 80 degrees outside. That's why we have taken every advantage of this romantic time of year before we get sick of the cold weather. :) We hit up Kris Kindle Market, saw a live play of "It's a Wonderful Life", went to our first winter wedding and so much more. IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!

We traveled to Colorado for Christmas but this year was a little more special. We spent the week in a cabin in the mountains with the family. Not only was it so much fun, the views were breath taking.

Have a safe and Happy New Years!
